Back to school 2013/2014, GO! This blog is mainly for my students (aged 3-10) but everybody is welcome!. I upload photos of them and I write about stuff that I find interesting, not only for our classes but for their general knowledge, i.e. about anything that comes up. Hope you enjoy it and have a nice day!

EASTER IS COMING...
Easter Eggs
The custom of giving eggs at Easter celebrates new life.
For Christians the egg is a symbol of Jesus' resurrection.
Eggs were always thought to be special because although they do not seem alive, they have life within them especially at springtime when chicks hatch out.
In some countries parents tell their children the Easter Hare or Bunny has hidden chocolate eggs and they race to find them round the house or garden. Children in other countries decorate hard-boiled eggs at Easter time by painting or dyeing them.
